The people at this location really care about the people they see. Even though they deal with a lot of people every day, they are kind, patient, and polite no matter what. Lynette and Gwen are the only ones whose names I remember right now, but literally all of the people I and my baby have dealt with there have just been so good and I’m grateful for each one of them. It’s clear it’s not just a job.

I recently relocated to Cleveland and needed to transfer my daughter's immunization records to Tennessee. I called beforehand to see what I needed. I believe her name was Robin answered and helped me with the info. I went to the facility and was in and out quickly. I don't know the lady's name who waited on me, but she had short red hair and glasses - she was easy to work with and helpful. It was very easy to switch the records over.

😬If only I read the reviews before scheduling … the dental receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. I work 12hr night shifts. Seems it’s fine if they have to reschedule because life happens. I understand getting annoyed, but being sarcastic and talking down. Then putting me on hold.

The receptionist is rude. Just short and rude and doesn’t care. Need to take classes of how to treat your customers

The receptionists never pick up the phone. Been trying to call for 2 weeks for them to resolve a wic question.
