Boston Children’s Needham

Nice facility, but went for an xray and the waiting area was sooo hot! Like 90 degrees indoors, which is unnatural.They should really fix that

It is a new location and they are still working things out. But the staff are very knowledgeable and the location is so convenient

Dr. Stracciolini in Orthopedics did a great job with me and my hips!

When we arrived, the front desk wasn’t helpful whatsoever. The guys just stood around and stared at us, like we were inconveniencing them and supposed to just know where we’re going..When we walked to the elevators, a group of nurses were standing in a group talking, and did not seem to mind that they were blocking the elevators. Besides that, we went to the gastroenterology floor. We saw Dr Bern and she was phenomenal. Answered all my concerns for my child and gave me the answer I’ve been begging NH pediatric dr’s for. Next step for my child is a procedure at BCH main campus, so I hope the care is a little more welcoming at front desk..

My daughter’s X-ray was scheduled here, all of the staff was amazing. Great place, only gripe I have was sweating to death in the waiting area 🤣, heat is a tad high there.
