Union Pharmacy Needham

Love this pharmacy! Hah, I never thought I would say such a thing about a pharmacy. Picking up prescriptions is never fun, but a Union Pharmacy in Needham, it is not at all stressful. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I also love the fact that you can just walk in for a vaccine. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

A truly outstanding pharmacy. A reminder of what being local means, where you feel welcomed for being a customer, like when a human actually answers the phone in a timely manner. The staff goes above and beyond to see that your requests and pharmacy needs are meet even when they have to make calls to facilitate your refills. Great service, friendly staff, and locally owned. Union Pharmacy is worth the switch - leaps & bounds better experience than chain options in town. I was hesitant to switch because 1) I’m busy, and 2) the chain pharmacy gave me comfort I could more easily use different pharmacies if ever traveling. Reality: - I switched by telling my doctor to “use union instead” and by the time I checked my phone next, I had a text telling me it was ready for pickup. - I’ve confirmed they’ll easily manage the transfer (and return transfer) if ever needed, or they also offered a direct mail option as well. Never thought I would be this excited about switching my pharmacy! ;)

Pharmacist Gen is amazing!! She’s patient, kind and goes out of her way to help. You’ll always be greeted with big warm smile. Love how personable everyone is and the ease of picking up my prescriptions here!! Would definitely recommend :)
