I had to have an emergent tooth extraction. Dr Kim was kind enough to fit me in that day. I have an extreme fear of the dentist . Dr Kim and her staff were so incredibly compassionate, caring, comforting and kind . She talked me through the entire procedure continually reassuring me how much longer and where we were in the process. Everyone was so kind to the fact of how nervous I was. Dr Kim called me the following day to check in on me. I absolutely recommend her and her team to anyone especially anyone with dental anxiety.

Based on the ad, which prominently features Dr. Kim by name and image, I understood that the free consultation would be conducted by Dr. Kim herself. During my call, I was informed that the free consultation is scheduled in the morning with an assistant, and that Dr. Kim may only stop by briefly if her surgery schedule allows. I was also told that an appointment directly with Dr. Kim is only available in the afternoon and requires payment and insurance information. I wanted to share that this was surprising and confusing, as it does not align with the impression given by the advertisement. I believe it would be helpful for patients if the ad clearly stated that the free consultation is with an assistant and that a consultation with Dr. Kim requires a paid appointment.
