This place is not that bad, but the young lady in the front desk doesn’t know how to speak with costumer, I don’t have an appointment, but I don’t feel well, and I went to see a doctor because I need a doctor’s note since I can’t go to school, it’s ok if I cannot see the doctor because the schedule already full, I understand that, but you cannot tell me “I am not responsible for you not going to school.” That’s unprofessional and disrespectful.

Good place. Wait time are... oh well... probably 20 min. But they have everything there, dentist, blood test, everything. Is a good place.

My experience at this clinic was a great one. The staff is wonderful. The Appointment Coordinator/Receptionist Adriana Geronimo was awesome, professional, kind, and very helpful making me feel welcomed and appreciated as a patient. I also have to mention one of the best doctors I have come to meet in my life Dr. John Joseph who is professional to say the least and I am not just saying that it is factual per my experience. He is very knowledgeable, patient, understanding, helpful, reviews and explains thoroughly test results, answers every question you have thoroughly, and best of all he does not chase you out the room like majority of the doctors do nowadays which is great. I do recommend this clinic without a doubt.

Don’t even know where to begin!!! it was my first in any borinquen location and the love and service i received was beyond this world. The staff in this location really here to help you. As soon as i walked in i was greeted by Pierrette the receptionist. Who was so polite and an absolute sweetheart. Shortly after i was called by Kathy the nurse to take my vitals. I shared the concerns of my visit. She was very informative and empathetic. Finally i meet with Dr. Helen, i don’t think i’ve ever meet a doctor that is so open to questions and wants you to be informed. she tells it how is it. This doctor visit wasn’t like any doctor visits i’ve been in the past. Usually you tell the dr the issue, you get check and go about your way.
