I had been a patient in this office for 12 years. My wife, brother, and in-laws all go here. My doctor retired and they refuse to assign me to another doctor in the office or let me see one of the physician's assistants. So now my medical care is relegated to ER, urgent care and a 4 month wait for a new patient appointment with a new doctor across town. Southcoast Health is transforming patients from people to simply numbers.

Scripts are never ready on time when you go an pick them up. They wait to the end of the day to give you a call back. Was never like this before? Your just a number their now and I mean money number get them in an get them out its a shame!

Always excellent experience! I have a patient of Dr. Wood for over 30 years. He is amazing doctor and person. Renee is wonderful also.
