Bon Secours Urgent Care, Timberlake

Wonderful Urgent Care. Very clean. I had an appointment at 1:15 and got in at 1:15. I like the fact that you can set up an appointment and that once you arrive they update you where you are in the walk-in/ appointment lineup via text. The front desk personnel were very nice and hospitable. The nurse and X-ray tech were wonderful as was Lindsey, the PA that I saw. She listened well, and everything was done in a timely manner. I wish I had names of the rest of the employees, but not feeling well I did not have them. Highly recommend.

I am so thankful to have found Bon Secours. I was able to make an appointment via phone with the front desk management, and be seen when I had time the next day. The practitioner who cared for me was an attentive listener and thorough with their questions and health inspection. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness and peace of the environment. I know this will be my easy first choice for clinic visits going forward. Thank you to the staff at Bon Secours for taking care of a sick local teacher! I appreciate you!

With a sudden and severe onset of a UTI I was able to easily call and book an appointment, then fill out paperwork online quickly due to the intuitive process. After downloading the app, I noticed an earlier appointment available and was able to head right over. Staff was amazing and considerate. Quick diagnosis, with script sent to the pharmacy. I was home with meds before the original appointment time. So grateful!

I went in for knee pain and to be tested for a UTI. I was treated for the UTI and ignored about my knee pain. No exam, X-ray or anything except a PT referral. I have never had a problem with them before and have been satisfied with their service. It was that one NP. He acted like he didn’t believe me and didn’t want to bother with it. The rest of the staff was amazing. Very friendly and professional. Very disappointed with this visit. If I ever need to go back, I will definitely call ahead and make sure that NP is not there.

This urgent care is doing an amazing job. Took a bad fall on the ice today and had never been to this facility before, but including all the X-rays they did and care they gave me I was in and out of there in just under an hour. Every person that I saw was very kind and helpful and I really appreciate that. I highly recommend them for your needs.
