Bon Secours Urgent Care, Nuckols

I was seen recently for a laceration in which I had to have 17 stitches behind my knee. Needless to say I was in shock and pain when I arrived. The entire staff was efficient, welcoming, warm, and urgently attentive. I am forever gratefully thankful for the level of care I received by this entire staff. Dr. Peter Minneci was able to have me stitched up and ready in an hour. His bedside manner is just impeccable. I’m only able to rate 5 out of 5 but this deserving team and Dr. Minneci certainly deserves a 10 out of 10! Thank you again for your exceptional care!!

My experience with Bon Secours Urgent Care on Nuckols Road was outstanding. I booked a same-day evening appointment for a severe asthma attack and was seen within minutes of arriving—not exagerating. I'm used to being a Patient First customer and literally brought my work with me thinking I'd have a long waiting room wait and wait for the doctor to come in, and didn't even have time to log back in to what I was working on. From the lovely lady at the front desk who knew exactly who I was when I walked in to Nurse Whitney to Dr. Minneci, everyone was professional, compassionate, and genuinely caring. Whitney went above and beyond making me comfortable while I was struggling to breathe, and Dr. Minneci had incredible bedside manner—thorough, validating, and even managed to keep me laughing

This place is awesome. I’ve been to every urgent care in Richmond and they are by far the best. They are quick and efficient. Very knowledgeable and friendly bedside manner. The whole staff is great. The place is super clean and you can check in online before you go. I’ve been 5 times btw me and my toddler and the whole process has been done in under 30 minutes.

Very clean. Friendly front desk. Was easy to reserve a time slot online. The PA and nurse were very professional and friendly. I was seen quickly and didn’t have to wait long. If I need urgent care again I’ll definitely go here.

Check in was fast and efficient with the front office staff checking the information on file to save me from having to do additional checkin details on my phone! The PA was great! She took her time, listened, Gabe js medicine and then due to future travel, problem solved if the current treatment regiment was unsuccessful. Highly recommend this location!
