I have been a happy client for almost a decade. As an active person, I have had several injuries and I have been able to recover completely from each one, so that I am able to keep moving and active with my family and at the gym. I highly recommend NIna for ongoing wellness, as well as making a full recovery from injuries. She helped me with changing my diet to be more anti-inflammatory as well, which I know is also a key part of my ongoing wellness.

Nina is fantastic! I have been working with her consistently for the past 9 months. She has helped me with my recovery from a torn ACL and now she is working with me now that I'm fully rehabilitated and doing intense workouts.
