Body Wise Massage Therapy

Regina, the owner of Body Wise Massage Therapy, is a great massage therapist and very personable. When I was there last week, she really listened to understand the pain I was having in my hip, and the massage she gave me was very helpful in alleviating the pain. I highly recommend her.

Got my 1st massage today in over a year & it was wonderful. Body Wise is a local, woman-owned, small-business (which is what I prefer to support over chain stores.) Regina is a professional, caring and capable therapist. I'm looking forward to returning to help keep my stress levels manageable and to be kind to my body and my mind.

I have had many, many massages in my life but none compare to the experience with Regina. Her studio is immaculate, yet warm and inviting and there is an immediate feeling of relaxation when you walk in. Regina’s technique is exceptional and she is masterful at relieving any tension, aches or pains that you may be feeling. She is truly gifted in her work.

Regina gives a great massage. Every visit is a little bit different - hot stones last time. This is a great way to recharge!
