I just finished Dr. Jan's MAPS program and am very happy with my improved posture. The program took dedication to complete the exercises on a regular basis and to go into the office every week to get adjusted, but it was an important investment to make as the program answered why my disc had herniated previously. While I recovered I was always nervous it would happen again because I never understood why it happened in the first place. Dr. Jan was amazing in going through the analysis with me. His movement practice is KEY. I have gone to other fantastic chiropractors in the city, but none addressed the why's as deeply as Dr. Jan did.
