Body Evolve

I was late for my appointment because of traffic and still the time I had left in my session was so helpful to my body. I booked a second session immediately afterwards. Kimberly really knows the body well and explained what she was doing the whole time. It did hurt (and tickle) more than a few times but I could feel the tension in my body melting under her touch.

Getting my body work done by Kim at Body Evolve is essential to my well being and good health. She is intuitive and expertly finds what needs adjusting and massaging, putting back into place what causes me to feel twisted and off balance, restoring my body so I can be functional with my activities of daily living pain free. I am grateful to my exercise instructor for recommending Kim to me over ten years ago...I have had regular appointments ever since. There is no one like Kim...Kauai is so fortunate to have her!

Kimberly is truly gifted! She works on acute and chronic structural conditions to restore mobility and affect organ function (that often become hindered because of structural dis-ease)! Love the new modalities she is offering to break up scar tissue/adhesion…state of the arts!
