I consider Body Dynamics to be a high quality facility. They offer many great options for people interested in health and wellness. I have observed their physical therapy sessions and taken a few classes. Over the past three years, I have been working with Regina Petsche Carrick, Licensed Professional Counselor, MA, LPC, LLC at Body Dynamics. She has helped me better understand myself, the impact I have in situations, and the way my decisions effect my relationships. My work with her has made me more confident and I am so happy with the current status of all of my relationships.

Love Rachel, she is great at tailoring each session to exactly what I need that day. She is so knowledgeable and able to get to the root cause of my issues. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with hypermobility and scoliosis.

Body Dynamics Inc is the GOAT! I've been going to BDI for almost 20 years as I've navigated injuries, the aging process, and the consequences of severe scoliosis. In my experience, BDI's physical therapists and trainers have topnotch expertise to help people deal with pain and, most of all, keep moving throughout whatever life throws at you. Strengthening is a major focus for me right now, and BDI's PTs and trainers work together collaboratively to make sure you've got an effective exercise program for your specific needs. I highly recommend BDI! We're lucky to have this kind of physical therapist practice in Northern Virginia.
