From day one, she was thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my recovery. She took the time to explain everything clearly, created a personalized plan, and pushed me just the right amount to help me regain strength and mobility without overdoing it. Her expertise and attention to detail truly made a difference in my progress. I always felt confident that I was in the best hands.

Kimmy and Olivia have been nothing short of spectacular helping me recover and understand how to remain pain free at home. I have been to Bodies in Motion in Reston for 3 different reasons through the years. The location is convenient and the parking is easy. I am currently seeing Olivia for relief of back pain. Olivia is highly competent. She continually improves her skills with ongoing classes. Additionally, Olivia knows when to push me to do more. She listens and is articulate. I highly recommend her. PS The office staff is friendly and professional.

So far, I have had 4 sessions with Lauren and I can definitely tell that I'm feeling better. Lauren is friendly, professional, and effective. The front desk staff is the same. Everyone at this clinic demonstrates very good attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this Bodies in Motion!!!
