Bo Jiang, MD, PhD

Although Dr. Jiang staff is very nice, professional and helpful they don’t appear to be on the same page about some policies and procedures. I’m told one thing , then I’m told something totally different about the same issue by someone else. Having to go to a cardiologist is a scary experience to start with especially since our heart is one of our main life sustaining organs so unnecessary confusion just adds to the anxiety. I have been to Dr. Jiang’s office maybe 5-6 times and he has touched me one time that I remember and said maybe 10 words to me and I’m.being gracious. I believe he felt of one of my ankles for swelling. IMO…. Dr. Jiang needs to work on his beside manner because based on what I have observed he has the bedside manner of a flat rock.
