Your front desk staff Brenda and Cindy are a breath of fresh air, always friendly and helpful and a delight to talk with. Previously I could not same the same, big improvement and absolutely makes calling here or coming for a visit a pleasure. Can’t leave out Dr Bill Gray, he’s super knowledgeable and really cares about his patients. When I see Bill it’s like seeing a family member, so thank you Bill for all that you do. Brenda and Cindy keep smiling and providing such excellent patient services.

Best experience at an office I have ever had. The girls in the front are extremely nice and helpful. Dr. Grey and his MA are the best duo and the best at handling my care. I highly recommend this office.

Preferred the office before they sold out to blueprint MD. I think one or two of their doctors knew what a disaster the place was going to become and they left. I had an appointment scheduled and they called me shortly before to say they were remodeling and needed to move my appt to their Massapequa location. That's far from the Bay Shore office!!!! If I have stuff planned for my day, I can't do it with a longer trip out there. I gave the Massapequa office (prior to that, I had to try their Broadway Massapequa location, there were two offices at separate times in Massapequa) a try before writing them off. They were just mediocre. Patients had to wait outside along Broadway which has a lot of vehicle traffic and I felt like an animal breathing in exhaust smoke. What a debacle! The doctors w
