That one star review is but an illusion for there are no stars in this sky. We were looking into possibly getting a new pediatrician for our child with more needs than most. We decided to try Dr Roach because he specializes in areas that my child needs more attention in. Absolutely terrible experience. The front office lady was rude to my husband when we tried talking to them about scheduling an appointment, she refused without records. She made us get our childs medical records and hand deliver them, even though his records are already maintained by Mercy. After all the running around, she was hateful and still didn't schedule an appointment stating "Dr Roach doesn't do second opinions."... We don't need, nor were we asking for a second opinion lady. We need his condition treated more eff

All of my children went and it was great until my son had to get medicine prescribed. It’s been 3 months in a row with my son having to go multiple days without his medicine because their doctor’s office can’t “log in” to send his refill in on time. It’s not fair to him. We are looking for a new pediatrician at this time.

Dr Roach is wonderful. The office lady is another story. She called a few minutes before my son appointment to cancel when he was a baby. I was in the parking lot. She scheduled a day before his birthday so they wouldn't do his shots and had to reschedule. We drove over and hour for his appointment. We can't ever get in when the children are sick. They canceled my daughter's appointment in May. Called canceled my son's appointment day before August couldn't get another appointment for him until next year. After my baby's weight check they wouldn't let me schedule an appointment for his circumcision said they would call. I called numerous times for a few weeks. They never answered or returned calls. Finally got ahold of them and said now he has to see a specialist cause he is 2 months. Why?

Dr. Roach is amazing with all of my children!!! He genuinely cares for his patients and is very helpful with any concerns. I definitely recommend him to anyone searching for a Pediatrician!

Dr. Roach is phenomenal. He never rushes. He always answers all of your questions. We have 3 children and have been going to him for about 9 years.
