As a first time patient with a walk-in appointment, I was so happy with the level care and the experience with the office. Quick fast, efficient and professional and clean, and the doctor Delgado was very gentle and helpful explaining things to me and to my son very clearly and providing us with the range of options to help him with his symptoms I even got a first aid kit as a first time patient as a nice surprise on my way out. The ladies at the desk were also very kind and helpful.

I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Delgado. She is a breath of fresh air in the madness of finding a pediatrician that will listen to your concerns as a parent. Extremely patient and she never made me feel like a nuisance. She makes me feel like I am making the best decision for my children as a parent. True support and care! Also, the staff is an absolute pleasure to work with. Nurse Simmons is amazing! She was another reason why I decided to commute 2 hours to come to THIS pediatrician and location!

This practice is top tier. The customer service was exceptional and efficient. The sanitizing and sterile environment was undeniably well maintained. If you are seeking a pediatric office, look no further. This team is serious about your child’s needs. I will be referring my entire family !

I'm so glad we found Bluebird kids. The office is always calm, clean and happy. The staff is always so nice and Dr. Jones really takes her times and listens!
