Blue Wave Pediatrics & Walk-In

Our son has seen Mr. Richard for pediatric care since a newborn and we have been very pleased! Blue Wave provides evidence based medicine and truly gives their recommendations without the noise of current politics. We never struggle to get an appointment and their new office local is convenient!

I brought my son in for a concussion evaluation. The team that greeted us and got our information, were so positive and pleasant. The check in process was very easy and we were seen by the physician within 20 min of walking in the door. The physician was also very pleasant and thorough with my son while she assessed his concussion. The office was absolutely beautiful and clean. Our experience with the entire process was a 10/10. The doctor was quick and efficient squeezing all 3 of our kids into her schedule to be seen for impetigo. She was knowledgeable, diagnosed and treated correctly. We are thankful for them helping our family through this speed bump!

Dr. Paul and staff were super friendly and very professional. We were able to be seen within a day for my son’s concussion. Extremely knowledgeable and clearly up to date on the most current concussion protocols. Very happy with the care and Mark, at the front desk was the best! We drove by this building almost every day while it was being renovated so when we saw it had opened, we took our daughter there to try it out. There was ZERO line, which was surprising even for a brand new pediatric office because so many other places in town are either not accepting new patients or have long wait times. The spaces are decorated in a way that made my daughter feel like she was at an indoor playground instead or a scary doctor office. About an hour after we left my kid said she wanted to go back, which is the first time she has ever said that about a medical office. The lady at the front desk and the nurse who saw my daughter were both friendly and good with her. A lot of the medical equipment has animals and bright colors to make them less intimidating.
