Dr. Chalk and his staff at Blue Ridge Oral & Facial Surgery are so wonderful. We were recommended to go to him by our orthodontist Dr. Bates. The entire process from beginning to end has been incredibly smooth and professional. The staff is great, and Dr. Chalk has a very gentle and kind demeanor. I would highly recommend him and his facility for your oral surgery needs ❤️

Staff is helpful and Dr G. Is lovely. Office is clean and well-organized. A. An RN many years and was pleased. Saw Dr. Chalk today. Two things from my medicines and a surgery did not get addressed, so make sure the important parts of your medical history are brought up at presurgical appointment. I'm sure he read my form but we did not talk about what to do about two meds i usually have to know what to do with

I recently had a visit to Blue Ridge Oral & Facial Surgery. The staff is great there. The receptionist was friendly & helpful. Dr. Chalk & his assistant Anelisa were wonderful. I had a piece of bone sticking through my gum. They numbed me & removed the bone piece....... immediate relief! If I ever have any more oral surgery issues, this is my new go-to team! Thanks, team, for your quick & professional help. I highly recommend them.

Had 7 teeth removed this morning 10/14/25 by Dr. Chalk DMD. He was the best, a long with his assistant, they took real good care of me, during the procedure. He was so good at his job, my jaw's haven't really hurt much at all considering what he had to do. I'd highly recommend Dr. Chalk DMD and the Blue Ridge Oral and Facial Surgery office to anyone that needs oral surgery I'm so pleased, with all the staff there. It didn't take near as long as I thought it would to remove 7 teeth, and 3 of them had to be cut out because they were broken off at the gum line. All I'll say I'd (5)-Stars all the way around for Blue Ridge Oral and Facial Surgery.
