When I walked into the door I asked if they could go hard in the massage as my upper back is very tense. Lady said we don't do hard. I asked you cant apply extra pressure on my upper back? And said they don't apply that type of strength to their massage. I was confuse, why run a massage business then.

Horrible customer service. Fortunately i didn't get a massage from them this time. Lady was very rude upon arrival, practically yelling as she spoke and demanding i pay up front before service is even provided. First of all, no i will not pay until service is provided and second don't yell at me especially when I'm looking to unwind and relax with a massage. I can't imagine what the people that were getting their massage at that moment were thinking with all the yelling. Keep in mind the room walls don't go all the way up to the ceiling and you can hear everything going on in the building.
