Bloomington-Normal Ear Nose & Throat

i do NOT recommend walked in and sat down the first thing i saw was a painting that had people picking cotton and just gave me an uncomfortable feeling. When i saw this doctor he said he didn’t want to look at my ct scan that i got at the hospital and took popsicle sticks to see if my nose was crooked didn’t even look inside my nose. told me the bump that appeared on my nose after the fact i broke it was not from breaking it and he has no idea how it got there. he made me feel like my broken nose was all in my head and even made a comment about my nose after i told him the bump was not there before “your nose before was not petite”. he continued to say as well “i don't have a picture of your nose before” after the fact he told me i didn’t have a petite nose before… makes no sense. i told h

Dr.Russell was the first doctor who wanted to find the source of the problem and fix it. We love Dr. Russell and the staff. The staff is super friendly and always helpful.

Great, Dr. takes very good care of his patients and tries to get to the bottom of ailments.
