Blockchain Pharmacy

I have been a customer for 4 years and every year their hours and service get worse. Today, I got there at 5:57 to pick up a prescription before I go away for the long weekend and they were already closed. No one there and they should be open until 6pm. This happens all the time too - they always close early. It is a shame I cant support a small business because they cant operate like a normal business. Please let our small community up here know you cant be fully functioning so we can just take our business elsewhere

The customer service is ok. They get 2 stars for convenience but honestly the delivery drivers every time do not listen to instructions. The drivers are the issue. I say leave it in the lobby and they don't even deliver it at all. 2x this has happened and I've had to call back. Definitely would not recommend and will inform others of the poor delivery service. I GAVE CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS ON WHERE TO LEAVE THE PACKAGE. ************ UPDATE | NOVEMBER 11, 2025 Horrific communication. I ADORE THIS PHARMACY!!! They are the most caring people I have ever had in charge of my prescriptions. It's such a pleasure to go there and I have NEVER had to wait, unlike other places. They always have my prescriptions filled on time and they always call me to let me know I can pick them up. It's a small pharmacy but they have everything you might need. I am Latina and I love that they also carry Latin products. They treat you like family and that is why it feels like home. I hope they will stay in my neighborhood forever.

They are amazing. They have everything in stock, and seem to never let anything run out. The employees are very friendly and have great customer service skills, and when they fill your prescriptions, they immediately call you to ask if you want to pick it up or have it delivered, something Rite Aid never did when I used to get my meds through them. Blockchain, is new to the neighborhood, and I want to say welcome and I am glad you are here.

Customer service could be better if they would leave voicemail messages when prescriptions are ready for pickup. The only thing I see is missed calls.
