Black & Kletz Allergy

Great allergy doctors and staff! I've been to the office twice and have experienced great care. Dr. Kletz is over-the-top, helpful and accommodating! Yesterday, I saw Dr. Gondi and he was also very good. One additional unique feature of the office is that the office staff and nurses are kind and greatly helpful. I've had "Luz" two different times help me above and beyond the call of her duty. I think that's exceptional service! This is an office that you will leave feeling good about your experience.

Long time pt of Black and Kletz. Patient of Gondi. Manassas location to be exact! Nurses have been always exceptional and so delightful. Unfortunately high turn around of front desk and nurses employees. Young lady always helps me in the front with reddish/ pink long hair has been with the practice for quite some time. Very professional and knows her job. Always willing to help with my insurance concerns. Thumbs up to this location

Dr. Kletz is a fantastic Allergist; he has been my doctor for over 10 years. He is thorough and caring and takes the time to listen to my concerns and answers all my questions. The staff at the McLean office are all outstanding---from the nurses who give me my allergy shots to the front desk- staff--they are customer service oriented, friendly and efficient. Thank you for all the years of wonderful care!

When I first approached, the receptionist was clearly in a very personal call so she couldn't deal with the paperwork that I was trying to hand her. I put it in the box and sat back down. Once she was off her personal call, she proceeds to come into the waiting room to discuss my billing information while their are other people in the waiting room. Even if I was alone, the conversation of my billing should never take place in the waiting room. I went to the desk to finish discussing this private matter. When done I proceeded to let her know that it was inappropriate to have this conversation in the open. She stated that she was in fact correct and tried to say I've been avoiding them. I have no record of any calls from them. Nor have I ever left out of a different door as she was sugges

Dr Gondi is a great allergist and he listens to his patients to create an approach that's tailored to their individual needs. The staff is very polite and professional. I've been going here for years and my allergies have gotten much better over time.
