Would give zero stars if possible. Always changes their opening and closing times without notice. Front desk woman is rude and never wants to do her job. When I am told they are all booked up for the day I walk in to see them doing nothing and slow. Every time I call when anything was happening to my daughter they would wanna schedule an appointment days later or even weeks later or tell me to take her to the er because they couldn’t help. Mediocre doctor and the worst front desk receptionist. Maybe if he replaces her and gets someone who wants to do their job and isn’t lazy the business would work. Side note the office was always slow.

Horrible service from the nurses. Went in on Sunday during emergency hours due to my daughter having a horrible cough. Have been waiting since for then prescription, I've called daily and am getting absolutely no support. Horrible horrible service.

My wife and I choose this pediatrician since it is closest from home and school. However, client attention is the worst. For instance, my son took blood tests and they never call me for feedback, a few months later we visit the pediatrician again, leaving there when I asked for the results I said “I guess everything in my son’s test result was good since you never gave feedback”, then the lady there let me know that I have to take an appointment for getting the results due to it is necessary in this case. What???? Really!!! Another experience was that we decide to vacune our son for human papilloma virus (two doses needed), I did an appointment for that, but when we were there they told me that there have no vaccine even they called me the previous day to confirm the appointment. What??? r

Dr. Gonzalez has been my kids's pediatrician since they were born and they are 14 and 17 years old now! He is great!

I absolutely love them he was my doctor when i was younger great staff they treat you like family yes they might take a little long but when they actually see your child they treated like part of their family which is a good thing and I feel so happy with them
