She noticed a few very small but questionable moles & flagged them for a re-check a few months later. Fast forward a few months, and she decides to biopsy one of them. The practice called later that week to tell me I needed a skin excision. Naturally, I was terrified as this was my first experience with anything like this. They got me in quickly, and I cannot express enough how safe and reassured Dr. Shagalov & her team made me feel. The process was scary, but they took such amazing care of me the entire time. I’ve had skin issues since I was 10 years old and have seen what feels like a million dermatologists across eight different states. This is, without question, the best care I’ve ever received. They truly go above and beyond. I get check-in texts to see how I’m doing and I can even send photos if I want. They’re always available for quick online visits if something urgent comes up, and they genuinely take the time not just to treat symptoms but to figure out what’s actually going on underneath. My appointments are never rushed. If I’m in and out, great. If I have a lot of questions, they take all the time I need. I’ve also never waited more than two minutes for an appointment. Highly recommend. Have seen nearly 10 derms in the area and have never felt like they listened to or addressed my concerns with even close to the amount of care she has. The plan she created for me was also customized such that I didn't have to overspend on unnecessary treatments (exceedingly rare in Miami), and she made sure I felt like everything that bothered me was addressed during the procedures. Beautiful location with a friendly and welcoming staff. Best part is there’s parking!! The Doc was fantastic and had amazing attention to detail. She listened to my concerns and gave me options. Overall great experience! Will return and recommend.

The Biscayne Dermatology Team was amazing from the moment I scheduled a visit for my wife. Upon arrival, the staff was warm, polite and very helpful guiding my wife through the digital forms on the iPad. Dr. Shagalov demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, combining honesty with a compassionate approach that put my wife at ease while explaining the diagnosis. They truly exceeded our expectations.
