This is by far the most helpful and pleasant experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. The two gentlemen that work there are knowledgeable as well as courteous and will go out of their way to accommodate any customer. Never will you get thks kind of service at the big name pharmacies. Thank you so much.

Billstra has done a wonderful accurate and caring job of helping my parents manage their complex medications for quite a few years, easing their burden of keeping up with them and helping to insure their accuracy and my parents' safety. We are very grateful to Billstra.

Fall from grace. I’m not sure what happened to this place - all of the staff have disappeared, the new pharmacist is always too busy to care and they just couldn’t manage to order my medications on time. I’ve been taking the same exact medications for over a decade and when Chirag and Vipul there they always had my meds waiting for me when I needed them. A few months after they left I had to check myself into the hospital because they were unable to provide my meds for weeks after they were do! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, I wish I knew where Chirag was working, even if it’s an hour away it would be well worth the drive…….an hour ride is much better than a week in the hospital!

If I could give them a negative score I would. They constantly and consistently do not bring required psychiatric medications anywhere NEAR the correct time to ensure I don't run out. I live at a halfway house and the pharmacy has a monopoly on filling scripts for this place. I have no idea who gave these incompetents a license. EDIT: Again! They continue to exude idiocy. Help yourself, go somewhere, ANYWHERE, else.

Corporate pharmacies need to research and take lessons about customer care from Billstra Pharmacy. The owner (Chirag) is by far one of the most caring, kindest business owners that I have ever experienced. I have a degenerative eye disease and I have been prescribed custom hard lenses that I could not find the aftercare in ANY chain pharmacies. Chirag had ordered me EVERYTHING! ! ! From the speciality saline solution, speciality application & removal tools, & a antibacterial/microbial sterilization ultra sonic cleaner helping me out in an already difficult and embarrassing situation, he is the BEST, THANK YOU! ! ! Respectfully Ruth Alectus
