They are quite literally a breath of fresh air. I had been to three different pharmacies when my son got prescribed medication for his very newly diagnosed(which is already stressful) ADHD. When I called here, I was able to get the medication same day, & I have been back ever since. I even live in Thonotosassa, but I will drive here every time when my son needs medication. They're so nice, they're super fast, & dependable which is hard to find in a pharmacy these days. Appreciate them more than they could know!!! 🫂😊🫶

I have been going to Bill’s Pharmacy for a while now and I have to say This is a Family owned and operated business who by far Beats out all the Big pharmacies who really don’t care about your needs, that Bills Pharmacy you will get attention they listen to your concerns they address any issues if you have them I’ve never had an issue. I believe it’s best to go to a family own business then to go to a Pharmacy that handles so many people they could.care less at Bills Pharmacy your guaranteed they will pay attention to your needs. Answer any questions you have and offer the best option’s available They don’t break the rules, But they will listen and get the best advice with whatever questions you have you don’t feel like you’re being rushed. I have been using this pharmacy for my child's medication for 14 years and they have always been wonderful. They have worked with me when needed to get needed medications and they take most insurance plans. The drive thru is great for when you can't get out and go inside. Highly recommend this pharmacy over commercial pharmacies.

Friendliest staff ever! A place where a business actually care about their patrons and assists with any questions and are inviting and friendly. Most places you go you feel like you are "bothering" the staff... not here! Bill's is the BEST! Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism.

Bill’s Pharmacy is a great locally owned and operated compounding pharmacy! They filled our prescription quickly and efficiently, and it’s clear they take pride in serving the community. We really appreciate the little touches like the free calendars and lollipops for the kids — such a nice personal touch you don’t see everywhere. While the counter staff can sometimes come across as a bit less friendly, the rest of the team truly excels at customer service and goes above and beyond to help. Overall, it’s a reliable hometown pharmacy that we’re happy to support!
