BILH Urgent Care - Quincy

If I could give no stars I would!!! Hands down worst urgent care I have ever experienced in my life. Had an appointment for 12:45pm. Arrived at 12:35pm and was told they were running a FEW MINUTES behind. Waited in the waiting room for an hour 1:40 before being called into a room. A nurse came in asked a few questions took 10 minutes to get a simple blood pressure and said the Dr would be in to see us SHORTLY. Waited until 2:10pm no one had come in so I went the nurses desk and was told it would probably be another 5 to 10 minutes at least. Nurse was rude and abrupt. Front desk person was nice but not upfront on long the wait would be. On top of that, one of the nurses there was coughing non stop. She should not have been there to infect others who are not sick!! Ended up leaving without

Dr. Ebbeling is a rockstar. I was feeling terrible when I saw her. She listened, took her time to diagnose and offered many treatment options. Less than 24 hours later I feel a million times better. Thank you and your staff for being awesome!

I had a good experience at this location. They were honest about the wait time being 90 minutes and it took exactly 90 minutes for me to be called into the room. I was seeing by the doctor within 30 minutes. Given my test results and discharged in another 30 minutes. Prescriptions were called in within minutes. Dr listened to me and discussed options for a potential UTI. In all, I had a really great experience here I will say or I will advise that you make an appointment online because people with appointments get seen quicker.

Irrigation earwax removal caused damage to my ear canal and tinnitus problems. The level of risk of the procedure was not discussed. It was compared to a bulb syringe I’ve used at home many times, only to find out later it’s objectively more risky. I came in concerned about an infection but was told it’s impacted earwax. Not an urgent issue, but seeing a specialist was never suggested. Now I’m faced with potentially permanent damage. I should have never trusted them for something like this. Side note, the nurse who performed the procedure had a bad attitude.

Came in on November 4th, 2022 with my wife who had fainted that morning. I explained to the doctor that I was the only one who witnessed this happen, therefore I think it would be helpful for me to come In and explain what exactly happened because my girlfriend was unconscious and does not remember. I was told that it’s against there policy very quickly with no regard to who I was or to what happened or why she was there in the first place. I explained that the person before us went in with there significant other, so why can’t I. And she shook her head while ignoring me waving for my wife to go into the room without me. And just as I thought it was over I was waiting in the original room that we were in, the receptionist tells me I must move to a different lobby because this is a “patient
