BILH Urgent Care - Dedham

I went to this urgent care for some immediate concerns. They did a fantastic job and gave me the appropriate lab tests right away. I was impressed with the smooth operation and ability to process the labs that quickly. The male nurse on duty has a great bedside manner and helped put me at ease. I will absolutely return here for care, though hopefully I won't need to.

While I hope I don't need to go back, I would definitely go back to this urgent care center. I registered in advance and the check-in process was quick and easy. I waited no more than 5 minutes before a nurse brought me back for vitals, and Dr. Friedberg joined immediately. After an exam of my symptoms, some basic labs were completed on site with near-immediate results. I did require imaging and Dr. Friedberg went above and beyond helping me secure an appointment locally without a several day wait. Within a few hours of my imaging, I received a detailed phone message (I gave permission to do so since I knew I would be occupied), and a thorough report through MyChart. Generally good, but the doctor said Tamuflu only makes people feel better, doesn't help the disease, which I don't agree.

Urgent care facilities are often a mixed adventure. As a family, we have been grateful over the years for, luckily, mostly pretty good and often much needed care. Today’s experience was exceptional. From the online appt making to the receptionist, the nursing assistant, the wonderful kind nurse (whose blood drawing technique was flawless) to the reassuring doctor - who took me seriously but also explained why he was confident I was not experiencing any major issues that couldn't wait til further attentions from my pcp next week. Respectful, reassuring, thorough. I will be back here again if the need arises. Glad to highly recommend Dedham BILH urgent care. Thank you!

I went into urgent care, the technician who does X-rays was out. That was completely fine with me I just went to another urgent care. But what was really a shock was the receptionist Kim King. She must of had a rough morning because of the tone she was giving was not very welcoming. I work in member services at a health insurance and I treat every member as if they are the only one regardless of how I feel. I make sure I give exceptional service, especially when it has to do with people’s health and concerns.
