Bickerton John Mark OD

Dr. Bickerton is some sort of Wizard. I've been to several Eye places in Colonial Heights and not one fancy Doctor could do what he was able to do in 5 min. Now he is an odd duck and I did have my reservations about him. Office was hard to find he wasn't at Sam's where my appt. was supposed to be. Yada Yada. Every other place ive been too has given me the wtong prescription for my contacts or the wrong size. He Nailed everything ecactly right! I will be going back. Thsnk you Dr. Bickerton.

I will never take my family here again. The office is located on the other side of For Eyes in Colonial Heights. First off the office smelled really bad, like someone mess themselves. There was No receptionist. The doctor was the only one, unless a worker from next door came to help for five minutes. All patient information was left on desk were anyone could read the information. Which I found to violate HIPAA rights. There was No form for HIPAA rights to sign. I had to ask the doctor to turn my son's and insurance information over. All my paper work along with everyone elses information was turned up on the desk. Which I found most disturbing. The doctor was back and form, he looked like he didn't know if he was coming or going. My kids were in back less then five minutes for both. M

Didnt like the location but Dr. Bickerton did a good examination. He is up to date on all modern technology. He reminded me of an old hippie. Very social and funny. He lacked office neatness but i was more concerned about the exam. We will go back.
