Bibi Zainul

My primary Dr. Bibi Zainul is the most professional, primary doctor I’ve ever had and see! She is professional, caring and wonderful, kind and Her demeanor and personality shines. All doctors should be understanding, mindful and proficient. I believe Dr. Zainul takes it up a notch. I couldn’t ask for a more caring, and thorough doctor! Dr. Zainul takes the time to listen to how we are feeling. Ladies, we need more doctors like Dr. Zainul. I recommend her to all women, and men who are looking for a doctor who, TRULY cares. Every visit she will ask you about certain medications you currently take, and are they helping you. She doesn’t rush her patients. She takes time to listen to her patients. This is the first time I’ve had a doctor that I felt truly cared. Dr. Zainul is friendly, thorough, and listens well! I am so grateful. My mom also sees her and when she was having unexplainable dizziness Dr. Zainul correctly diagnosed it as a bad sinus infection with fluid build up that was affecting her balance. Urgent care and the ER hadn’t even thought to check that. She then proceeded to pull up diagrams to thoroughly explain and show my mom the issue.

I went to Dr. Zainul only because my previous doctor practiced at this location before her retirement, and I had not yet researched a new primary care physician. I went with pain, and when I went for x-rays, I was asked by hospital staff if I felt pain (which I had described to the doctor, but had not mentioned to anyone at the hospital). I said yes, and the hospital staff said I should call the doctor’s office to request another test to confirm the results they saw. I phoned the Dr. Zainul’s office upon leaving, and the office staff told me they would take care of it. I asked if it could be done as soon as possible so I could go back to work without worry. She was my dr when she was in port jeff. Shes got a heart of gold and she is a sweetheart. I miss having her as my dr, but shes to far for me.
