The Staff to Patient ratios are excellent at this facility. As a result, the Patients have almost 1:1 care. The staff are experienced CNAs who are kind, compassionate, dedicated, dependable and gentle in their care with Patients. Nurse Marilyn was always a phone call away and even answered in evenings and on weekends! I work in healthcare and I highly recommend this center.
My Dad was resident of Merry heart Beverwyck and He have the Highest Quality of care. Thank you so much for all your help and your compassion with my dad your are the best.
