Betsy Ross Nursing Facility

This place is the absolute worst place you can possibly send your family. My father had to go there after his leg surgery for rehabilitation to walk again. In his first week there, he fell twice, because he was calling for someone to help him to his bathroom and no one came, so he tried getting there himself since he felt he couldnt hold it anymore. They flat out lie on their charting. My father couldnt even stand up by himself, yet they said he was wondering the halls. They also barely do the basics for medical needs. They missed my dad having a UTI and being septic. I talked to some nurses there and they all say the staff doesnt care, think all the people are there just to die and are just there for a paycheck.

I would like to thank the entire staff at Betsy Ross Rehab for the professional, outstanding, caring, and never ending skilled care that was given to my husband while he recovered from his open heart surgery at their facility. I’m no stranger to the medical field and abundant need for top notch nurses, aides, techs , PT & OT staff, nutritional services, servers, housekeeping staff, maintenance, social workers, etc. that it truly takes to get someone back on their feet. I assure you this facility works together to see that every patient they have is getting everything they need around the clock. Every person we encountered treated us with respect and genuine concern no matter how busy, nothing seemed to much to ask they just took care of things with a smile and reassuring no problem folks i

Absolutely awful place. Please check your loved ones to make sure they are being changed and properly cared for. Whenever you try to voice a concern the receptionist magically gets her medical degree and feels the need to let you know your concerns are not valid. Absolutely disgusting place.

First impression. Family member new to facility. Observation and I hope that things improve, no AC in patient rooms and we are having a heat wave? Dinner looked like Gerber baby food stage 3. 2 bites and done. 2 semi private rooms share one toilet? First day arrived bathroom stunk of urine before my relative even used. Staff is polite and friendly, but sweating their behinds off. Keeping an open mind and a hopeful heart that first impressions aren't the story. Prove me wrong Betsy Ross please

Staff is wonderful, best care for my mother, everyone is so compassionate and caring. They work closely with the family and go above and beyond to make sure that Mom gets the best care possible. !!! Forever grateful !!
