Bethany Manor

Placing a loved one into a nursing home is a difficult and heartbreaking task, so finding the best place possible becomes grueling. After placing my husband's father in several nursing homes, plus dealt with other nursing homes for other loved ones, we have found Bethany Manor to be top rate. However, my 4-star rating is because no place is perfect, due to the number of residents being cared for on a 24/7 basis. That said, should issues arise at Bethany with my father-in-law, unlike other places, everyone there truly cares to rectify the problem immediately, not to mention with a compassionate attitude, which is greatly appreciated by us. Thank you, Bethany Manor, for all you do to keep our loved one happy and safe.

To the reader: Our mother, Mary Benyo was a patient at Bethany for a period before passing away on APRIL 1, 2020. WE/SHE went through HELL!! because of COVID we could NOT be with her in her final days. Throughout the entire ordeal there were workers, staff, people who went over and above to "try" to take the place of a "LOVING FAMILY" in abstencia. SHARON FERGUSON, MEGHAN PETERSON, AND A LADY NAMED ANNETTE were there every second of every day along with many others who not only, "stepped up to the plate", SHARON, MEGHAN, AND ANNETTE made the loss of our mother so much easier! WHY?? They worked, communicated, updated us, and THEY SINCERELY CARED. There are NOT enough adjectives, nor words to say, "THANK YOU" anywhere near enough with the truly emotional caring and sincere devotion

My Mom was in Bethany for 6 months.The lack of communication was terrible.They never called any of us kids about the changes in our Mom.They had given her 2 musle relaxers.She did not even know how to answer her phone.And I had to call several times to tell them to put the phone by her.She is in a diffrent nursing home now and doing much better.

Great employees, willing to go over and above to help. Food ok.

I wouldn't place anyone here you care about. If I could I would give the place a -5.
