I like to speak of good experiences with organizations much more than negative. This office after one visit was flawless. Not only did I not wait beyond my appointment time everyone was very pleasant and curious about my health. Nurse Practitioner Sara put a lot of care and attention into my concerns and tests I need to make sure I’m staying on top of my health. She was extremely comforting and genuine. This experience has me feeling like I found the right office and provider for life.

Beware - they aren't shy about charging you $$ for a diagnostic visit if you have a 1 minute conversation about a symptom during your annual physical - and they will not bother to tell you that this is going to happen. They'll order lab tests - but never bother to review the results with you. This lack of transparency and follow-up degrades my trust in this clinic; seems like they are just collecting money.

Someone named Liz called to tell me that my mother needed me to go to her car to get paperwork and bring it to her in the ER. Seems like an odd thing to call and say right? I ask this woman what was going and she says she can’t tell me but was asked to have me go to my moms car to get paperwork. Apparently my mom’s car was left at the office when she was taken to the ER. I tell Liz I don’t speak to my mom much so can she tell me is going on and maybe give me more information because to be honest the call sounded like some weird hoax. Liz tells me maybe I should call my mom and amend things with her since it sounds like I need to. I was shocked she said something like that to me. I told her she had no right saying something like that to me and was hoping maybe she would reflect and realize

I have dr zilber as my dr. He's the best went over all my blood tests explained everything to me I never felt rushed. He's professional and kind and on time. Thank you Dr zilber for taking care of me and I hope you go to contessa in boston for dinner its,a great place. Your lucky to have him

Great doctors and receptionist, but there nurses were exponentially rude to me over the phone and hug up on me.
