Rude, unprofessional and unethical practice - avoid this group at all costs! I started going to this office when my long time primary care physician joined the practice a few years back. After being with this same physician for almost two decades, he moved out of the area and left the practice. Unfortunately, they turned their back on all of his long time patients and told us to go elsewhere. I had a simple rx that needed refilling after my doctor left their practice and they ignored my initial request before finally refusing it and then blocked me from contacting them again on their online platform!!!! If this is how they treat their long time patients, imagine how they handle the new ones! Totally unprofessional - shocking.

Every negative Google review of this office has been based on one bad experience on one day. I'd like to weigh in from my 20 years of experience as a patient to give this practice an unqualified five stars. Health care providers don't have an easy time of it these days. Their work has been monetized and is bought and sold like a commodity by big corporations. The whole system is degrading as a human service, and the public is not happy. And neither are the doctors and nurses and support staff In spite of it all, I have always felt well cared for at BI Lahey Lexington. They're friendly, they listen, they care, and they have earned my trust and gratitude over and over again. Highly recommended!

Not recommend this office. The office management is off. When a Dr. is out we received no phone call or text message about appointment cancellation. They did send it to the patient portal on the day of the appointment, actually couple hours before appointment but who went on patient portal all the time? When we told them we drove a long way here they said we can go to urgent care instead, which is a very unprofessional suggestion. chronic condition vs acute condition are different. Why would we go to urgent care for non urgent chronic condition follow up. They really need to educate their staffs what urgent care can do. This office doesn’t have any backup plan like other Dr. Office to minimize interruption of business. So if anyone decide to use this office be prepared for sudden cancellat

The front office of this place is a mess. I had scheduled my vaccine at your office and despite getting many confirmation emails from them and checking in virtually when I showed up the woman at the front desk said they did not have any vaccines. She did not communicate the reason clearly or even the fact that they had no vaccines clearly. Nor was she or any of the other two women in the office sympathetic for me wasting my time. It was like they could not be bothered. They are terrible communicators and have no follow up. It is exceedingly frustrating and they would have gotten a one star review if I didn't like my Doctor.

Don’t go there. I called way in the morning that I would be 10 minutes late for the afternoon 3:15 appointment. The office admin said she would leave a note on my record. I went there exactly at 3:25 and waited for more than half an hour. Then the nurse came out said I came at 3:45, which is a lie! The office manager said they didn’t have a record that I called and they can’t verify I called! I do not know where the note is. I am so disappointed with the office manager. Will not go back to the office any more. Now I understand why my friends don’t recommend me to go to this office.
