I am horribly sick, the office gave me an appointment for same day "can you come in in half an hr?" So i rushed over to find the appointment was mistakenly made for 3 days from now, not today. Horrible mistake! Terrible service! I am extremely ill, i am already their patient, and they messed up completely and are incredibly unhelpful!! Highly do NOT recommend this office.

I came in this morning to get my blood work done, and I had such a great experience thanks to the facility here. Especially Augustina (hope I spelled her name correctly). She was incredibly nice and kind from the moment I walked in, and other labs usually need 2–3 tries to draw my blood, but she got it on the first try with zero discomfort. Truly impressive. It’s rare to come across someone this skilled and caring. Top tier experience! Great people!

I just recently went in for my physical exam and the Somad ( i hope i spelled her name right) was the nurse that did my shot. Mind you, i am absolutely PETRIFIED of shots and needles and when i tell you I DID NOT EVEN FEEL the shot happen i mean it! She has such a light hand and i was baffled. Typically the day after you tend to be sore as well, nothing! She is amazing! Also Dr. Reister is so efficient, and gets every one of your concerns ruled out. She makes sure you know your next move while also connecting to you and that is so important to me because i tend to get nervous in appointments.

This office’s accessibility is poor. It doesn’t pick up when you call during business hours (the voicemail will say it’s “currently closed” even though it’s during posted business hours). In addition, I’ve been put on hold 20 minutes prior to close, and eventually no one picked up. It’s either a staffing issue, or poor office management. Either way, impracticable for patients.

I can't describe this place enough. I've been Dr. Hila's patient for almost 10 years. The entire office is wonderful. Whatever I need, I access the portal and receive a quick response; everyone responds the same day. Dr. Hila sometimes responds overnight. I'm so grateful to have found this clinic. I recommend it to all my friends. Unfortunately, people don't know how to communicate through the portal and continue to post negative reviews. The portal's technology is wonderful.
