Was going here for a bit with Daniel Mccullough’s team…this office and it’s staff are atrocious. Never-mind poor communication, they were outright rude a couple of times. I started going to a new PCP and had a smooth experience. Go elsewhere.

Terrible scam doctors office. I called to get ask for a prescription to be called in for malaria pills for an upcoming trip and was told I would have to schedule a video chat. Fine. I had the video chat, five minutes of me saying I was going to Kenya and needed malaria pills and the doctor saying she would call it in. Done. I then came home to a bill for several hundred dollars for a "telehealth appointment." It was not mentioned to me that this would count as a billable appointment, especially since in the past I have never been charged for asking for a prescription and my husband, who goes to a different Lahey office and got prescribed the same pills, was able to be prescribed over the phone without a billable video call. After calling my insurance company to hopefully get this partially

Receptionist was extremely rude When making my appointment. There was a discrepancy with health insurance and then she hung up on me. I would never recommend Leahy primary care

Everyone is always extremely friendly and Doctor McCollough is very knowledgeable! Entrance is also easy to find and environment is welcoming. :)

My whole family goes here and have dr McCullough, but all of the staff is great! Never had a problem and they take the time which is hard to find!
