I am very very happy and truly blessed to be followed at BI orthopedics for my Tpf. My surgeon name Ishaq O. Ibrahim, MD and he is truly amazing. His bedside manner is unmatched! He takes his time to explain and educate his patients. I appreciate that! He was insistent about making sure that I heal properly and return back to my “normality “‘as possible. I never felt rushed and I love that! We spent a lengthy time in office going over my plan of care following surgery and post. BI surgeon’s, nurses, and etc really want to see their patients do well and beyond BI. The entire trauma team did a phenomenal job with me. They are very attentive and act really quickly! I suffered a severe fracture to by tibia back in July I was transferred from one hospital into BI in Boston and I do not regret

Awful on so many levels. I had no idea my orthopedist had retired and my "care" (using that term very loosely) was transferred to another, Dr. Sarni. He ordered an MRI and I couldn't even get an appt to review the results until more than 40 days later. I show up, and they have the time wrong-- but they assure me they can correct their mistake, and still see me. After waiting an hour I find out there are still 2 patients ahead of me, and it will be another 45 min. I have to leave-- I have work-- and I try to get my MRI results. They've never been loaded onto the patient portal, and when I call this office to ask for them, they won't even tell me if they have them, and instead send me on a wild goose chase to track them down. Which I'm never able to do. Everyone who answers the phone tells

Dr Grannatt is the best orthopedic I have ever had. She has an amazing bedside manner and her injections have always been relatively painless and worked perfectly!
