The online check in is a frustration. Fix it! I witnessed a gentleman who needed a translator for Indonesian and they tried very hard to help him. Very professional. Good attitude in the staff. We ended up with an emergency evacuation to the hospital. Excellent transition. The only challenge is the check in process. I was able to navigate it well, but my geriatric parents would have been completely lost. Avoid this location for that reason. The staff were completely professional and good.

After working a 12+ hour shift in healthcare and dealing with significant foot pain from plantar fasciitis, I went to this urgent care hoping for some relief. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The check-in portal process was unnecessarily difficult, especially when you’re exhausted and already in pain after a long shift. The nurse who initially brought me back was kind and empathetic, and she was the only positive part of the visit. When the doctor entered the room, her first words were, “What do you want me to do for you?” That immediately set the tone. I explained that I was dealing with severe plantar fasciitis and was hoping for some help with the pain. I had to take my grandson in. His mommy has a newborn at home nome so she couldn’t take the chance of being exposed to anything. We received Excellent care from Greg the attending physician. He was very patient and explained everything to my daughter in law via FaceTime. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Greg and his nurse took such great care of our little girl yesterday! They were beyond amazing to her, doing everything they could to help us keep her out of the ER. Such a wonderful experience.

I had a great experience at BestMed! The staff was extremely kind and willing to go lengths to make sure I was taken care of. Leslie was the doctor I met with and I couldn’t recommend her more! She was nice and straightforward.
