So thankful to Best Pet RX! When my budgie was critically ill and needed a rather niche medication, they were the only pharmacy that could have it ready guaranteed within a few days. And since they're a dedicated pet pharmacy, they were also able to make it apple-flavored which was better tolerated than his other bubblegum-flavored med. The medication also came with syringes which were narrower and much better suited for dispensing meds to tiny birds than the ones we’d received from the vet. Customer service over the phone was also great. Thanks again

Although appreciative that that Best Pet Rx could quickly provide a medicine prescribed by the veterinarian while we were on vacation, i was appalled that a medicine we typically pay 2 dollars per pill for the name brand medication, cost us 101 dollars for just 14 generic pills. I thought it was including a second medication the doctor prescribed, but Best Pet did not have it. I am profoundly disappointed. I should have ordered it from Chewy.com.

I highly recommend this pharmacy. Allen the pharmacist likely saved my dogs life when he caught a prescriber error on the dosage of my dogs chemo meds. He worked with the vet staff to get the correct medication to me . It even arrived on a Saturday. The staff is very kind , helpful and are always available to answer questions. .

The most amazing pharmacy team is at BestPet Rx SOUTH! We have been really struggling to find a pharmacy that can help our dog get the medication he needs and their team has gone above an beyond for us. We will continue to use their services and cannot thank them enough for their help + the speedy delivery of our pet's meds!
