Best Care Pharmacy and Home Medical Equipment

Not only do they always have my medication’s on time but they call they make sure that you have everything you need. Their customer service is impeccable because of my work schedule. I travel a lot. They always have my medication’s in stock and if they don’t, they’re ordered right away. I had such a problem when I was with CVS getting any of my medication‘s on time sometimes they would always be late since I’ve been with Best Care Pharmacy. I’ve had literally the best care possible. Thank you so much for being my New Pharmacy. You guys are the best I love working with a smaller pharmacy where people actually care about you.

I get my prescriptions filled at Best Care Pharmacy in Arroyo Grande and I have had the very Best Care by the friendly and helpful staff!

We thought we needed new wheels for a walker so were advised to order them. The sales person never told us the price and when the parts arrived they were $150 for 2 wheels, almost half the cost of a new walker. We were obligated to buy them and as it turns out, the original wheels were fine. The staff needs to be more forthcoming and honest about prices and the need to buy additional parts.

As far as all my home medical supplies and oxygen stuff, they have been so great at getting me everything that I needed after coming home from the hospital. Brandy has been exceptional at her customer care and follow through with the things I have needed after. Would highly recommend them!!!
