Dr.Louis has been my primary care doctor since 2019.. As a female in my mid 60s it’s so important to trust my doctor and to have my doctor trust me. I feel heard at the Practice , in ways no other drs office has been in many years. I’m never turned away for a last minute appointment and know if I’m sick, I’ll be seen asap. Dr. Louis takes his time in appointments and I leave knowing all my questions and concerns were answered. The staff are patient and kind while also efficient. It’s really important to have a Dr and drs office that listens and understands my life situation as well as my health so that I feel like my Dr is on my side and not just reading a medical book. The bedside manner, straightforward approach and exceptional care are why I won’t ever move away from Dr.Louis and Best
