From the first time I walked in the door. I knew this was the right place. The atmosphere is so welcoming. The therapist are awesome. Everyone is treated with respect. I can tell the difference in my injury since I've been going there. You have to put the work in at home alone with going to therapy. Thank you to the therapist and the receptionist. Well the service I receive is good it helps me to use muscles that I don’t use often and it makes me more productive and less stressed yes I will tell others about Action Therapy

Developed an overworked right shoulder and injured it in December 2024 to the point of not being able to lift my arm pass my shoulder height as well as having sharp pain when I moved my arm. Began going to physical therapy at the Fort Pierce location on January 2025 and continued going three times per week until February. After 13 visits I was able to regain 100% of my arm movement without pain and lift my arm from 60% to 95% without issue. Any questions I had would be answered. If an adjustment to my treatment was needed or I requested it I was accommodated accordingly. Thank you very much to physical therapist Thomas who worked with me as well as all the wonderful staff.
