Came in as a new patient back in February 2024, and scheduled an appointment for a broken tooth. The receptionist was kind and informative. Had an appointment set for 2pm and didn't get attended until almost 2 hours later. Sat another 40+ mins in the room until I even got my X-rays done ($50). Waited another 20+ mins after that. The dentist finally came in to review my X-rays. She went over pretty much everything else besides the main issue of my broken tooth. I paid and left agitated because it was 6pm by the time I left, and nothing was properly addressed or done on my broken tooth. I called the next morning to schedule a follow up appointment/ see what would be planned. The call either dropped or hung up (I wasn't speaking with the receptionist, it was one of the dental assistants). She

The office has very good attention, its doctor is experienced in the field of dentistry and the assistants are friendly and do a great job. It is worth noting that the office has a good presentation, cleanliness and hygiene.

All I wanted was 2 Fillings. I was trying to over look the fact that all they spoke was Spanish while they were examining my teeth and English’s when they want me to position myself, but I got my X-ray did and payed my Co-pay. I was told they will call me back the next day after reaching out to my insurance , I never received a call back. I didn’t understand why would they take the service if they weren’t going to contact me back.

Here since 0800. Not open 915. Phones turned off I came last friday. In office 3 hours. THEN they send me for cat scan. By then time I got it they were closed. Came back monday. Spoke with hygienist. Left message that o would be back tomorrow. My tooth needs to come out. Bad for 3 weeks. Now its way past 9 and they are still not open. I paid them 10 days ago.

These ladies at Belle Glade Dental Group really are great at what they do.. Every visit I’ve had ( it’s been a lot) I’ve felt comfortable, and at ease about my treatment plan. They will work with you on payments.. I recommend them to everyone.. They do great work.. Thanks Ladies
