I can't say enough great things about Kristin and Bespoke. I chose Bespoke for PT after surgery for dislocated shoulder because all their therapists are DPTs and sessions are a full hour with the therapist and the reviews were impressive, and my experience could not be any better. My initial communications with Bespoke and their handling of insurance was seamless. Kristin, my therapist is truly amazing to work with. An amazing PT! I have been working with Kat (Katherine) for nearly 10 months at this point, and she saved my shoulder. She was always prepared, innovative, and thoughtful. I’ve been to other PT clinics and none of them compare to the level of care and attention this team provides. You have a PT for the full hour of the session, and they never leave your side. From massages to strength training, Bespoke PT has been a wonderfully positive experience. Their 3rd Avenue location is boutique and luxurious. I highly recommend this team!

Kristen has been amazing! She’s helped me recover from a torn meniscus, while also strengthening my pelvic floor post partum. I’ve noticed big improvements in strength and mobility, even in everyday things like running or lifting my toddler. Communication was always clear, sessions were personalized, and the whole experience was so positive. Highly recommend!

If you are pregnant or postpartum, you need Kristen in your life!!! Kristen has been instrumental in helping me throughout my 2nd pregnancy, postpartum and now my 3rd pregnancy. The difference between my first pregnancy & postpartum experience to mine now while working with her is night and day. She helped me get back to a place where I felt strong in my body after giving birth (including running again for the first time in 2.5 years!) and now tailoring our exercises to fit my needs during pregnancy.
