Dr. Silverman’s office called me today, to confirm an appointment for my 4 year old child that has been suffering horribly with allergies. I asked if him being slightly sick was going to interfere with any testing. Dr Silvermans nurse took over the phone call and opened with “Yea hello what’s the problem” and it was literally the beginning to the most unprofessional and disrespectful phone call I have ever encountered. At the end of which She canceled my appointment….. I told her that if she was having a bad day not to take it out in other people. I asked to speak to the doctor to report this matter. She Laughed and said “ hahha you can report this all you want” then refused to reschedule the appointment stating “I don’t have to take this” and hung up. I called back to find out which off
