Sun River Health Peekskill Urgent Care

My experience, went today. Dr. Never sent in antibiotics. Now I'm writing from the emergency room. Thanks for nothing. Y'all are the worst medical facility ever. You should be closed down.

While I appreciate the services provided, I believe some doctors here may lack the empathy that is essential in healthcare. Being a doctor requires not only medical expertise but also compassion and understanding toward patients. Unfortunately, I haven't felt respected or properly cared for during my visits with certain physicians. I sincerely hope that management takes this feedback seriously and works toward improving the patient experience.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. I did not have to wait long to see a doctor. The doctor we explained my problem so I felt quite relieved. I was very impressed with the place and would not hesitate to visit again.

Dr Natal is amazing. She is great with her patients, thorough, and efficient. Very understanding. Sally the nurse was super. She was very attentive and had a calming presence. A+ work to Sally. The phlebotomist were a bit cold and ot too friendly.

I was very impressed with my visit. ALL of the staff were very nice, I was seen in a very timely manner, upon check in, they even sent me a text message as to when I'd be seen. The MA was so sweet and caring, Dr. Khan was so kind and was able to address my concerns. I would 100% return with any future issues. Thank you ladies!!!
