The Emerald Peek Rehabilitation & Nursing Center

All the staff are great here! Nurse Nichole and aides Gisselle, Fran and Qanna were amazing! Nichole was very helpful. My only complaint is the food could use some improvement, mainly some seasoning. Otherwise I had a wonderful experience at Emerald Peek and would recommend it to anyone in need of PT or OT. The building is very clean and pleasant smelling. Thank you to all the staff that helped me!

Mom has been here since 6/25 some hiccups but issues immediately addressed (small or large) by the concierge Laura she is fantastic! The backbone of these types of facility is of course the aides Q,and Lita to name a few are so sweet to my mom shout out to Michelle in entertainment. Just was at the annual “ Thanksgiving dinner” last night with mom in dining room wonderful evening . Kudos to the chef Quality of life has improved compared to being home with healthcare plenty of activities to keep her busy and not to mention church services every week

I wanted to acknowledge one of the workers CNA. She is a gem Quana Ifill. As most people are in a nursing they have anxieties about being here. This young lady puts my mom at ease she's like family. She's compassionate and kind and has a good sense of humor which eases my mom's anxiety okay. When I come and she always has a smile and always acknowledges me and my sister she's a great staff person and I wanted to acknowledge her.

I can't say enough great things about emerald peek.my mother has been there for three months now and has made the most amazing improvements.my mom was going downhill in her previous rehab. I had her transferred to emerald peek and is making the most amazing improvements.mom is 83 and not the most cooperative patient however the staff handles her wonderfully.John her therapist and has the patience with mom and takes the time to explain her situation in detail. I have not met one staff member that wasn't caring.the staff seem to all work together with smiles on their faces.the staff really look like they love what they do. I am so very grateful for this wonderful place taking care of mom.

My husband was admitted to this facility today. I want to thank Unit Manager, Cherie Ferguson Cherie spent time going over all my husband's meds and my concerns. She was making feel that my concerns would be taken care of. I told Cherie I had concerns about the room he was assigned. She walked with me to his room. As soon as she entered she immediately had my husband transfered to a different room that would be more suitable for his needs. I was so relieved. Thank you Cherie for relieving some of the stress from a stressful situation
